Horizons Health & Wellness Center's mission is to improve the health and wellness of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health needs through prevention, intervention, treatment, education, and advocacy.

Horizons Health & Wellness Center is a community-based organization whose goal is to teach and train adults and kids in life skills. We assist by providing quality outpatient care for substance abusers and those with behavior issues. The end result of our services is a new person with the confidence needed to restore his or her life.
